Delighted to share SiriusXT’s new Scientific Reports [by Nature Publishing Group] publication demonstrating the first fully integrated, lab-based Correlative Light & X-ray Microscopy (CLXM) workflow — combining cryo-fluorescence and soft X-ray tomography on a single, compact instrument the SXT-100. This marks a major milestone in simplifying the correlation of functional and structural information in intact, vitrified cells in their natural state.

Huge thanks to Sergey Kapishnikov who championed this major effort and to our fantastic collaborators; Roland Fleck, Maryna Kobylynska, James Geraets, Daniel Wüstner, Katja Thaysen, Jacob Marcus Egebjerg, Andreas Walter, Louisa Herbsleb, Michaela Salakova, Leon Fuchs, Frauke Alves, Claus Feldmann, Axel Ekman, Madeleen Brink, Jeremy Simpson and everyone at SiriusXT
Congrats to everyone involved — a superb team effort.
